原赤峯市的地標建築，服務態度不錯，設施稍顯老化，樓下是會展中心，步行1分鐘左右有大型超市和步行街夜市，還不錯！

飯店早餐特別豐盛，值得誇讚👍🏻就是細節需要注意，我們入住居然還有上次入住的垃圾在，這麼高規格的酒店居然沒有一次性馬桶套，心裏有點落差

房間滿意，服務很好，前台較高的那位美女為我安排的訂單房間很滿意，自我感覺這次體驗與網上的差評中的有些不一樣，首先得客觀理解房子開業 2009 年，那時的五星級，能保持住現在的模樣環境，真心很不錯了。房間寬大。酒店位置很好，酒店裝修大氣！停車位充足。有四台觀光電梯和四台廂式電梯到達每一層。退房時還送了小禮物！特別提醒一下，住店時需收取 300 元按金，離店時幾分鐘就可以“原路”退回到賬户裏（因為酒店有自己的消費區域和項目，衹要住宿期間沒有額外的自選消費都會原路返回按金）還有就是，早餐種類很多，很豐富，服務很好，環形樓餐廳很寬敞！總高 29 層，我住宿的位置是在第 18 樓， 餐廳在 29 層，總之，這次是我們從哈爾濱南下此時止，遇到最有性價比的酒店了！來赤峯推建議！
