The location is very good. It is right by the Riverwalk of Chicago. The room is big and clean. However, the service is not up to the standard. When we were in thd room, we found that the body wash is empty but when we call the service desk, they told us that all the service workers were returned home. We have to wait until the next morning.

Chicago Hilton is amazing. Rooms are real nice, amenities were great. Gym and pool and sauna are real good to start your day off. Hilton is central to most things and close to the CTA network.

The room is very comfortable, with its own kitchen. There is a small supermarket and **Jiu next to it. It is very comfortable to eat or cook. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, laundry detergent, stoves, tableware, and even detergent and scouring pads. This price-performance ratio is unbeatable in Chicago. It is a bit regrettable that the bed is relatively small, and it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy.

It is a super hotel, large room with large bathroom. Friendly staff and the location is great. We had a corner room so that made it absolutely great. We had breakfast at Meli and that was also fine, not over the top, simple but tasty. If we go again we would love to come again. Photos of our view.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future.

I chose this hotel for the purpose of taking the train. The train station is right across the bridge. The room is tall, spacious and clean. Due to time constraints, I did not choose to have breakfast in the hotel. Note: The hotel can provide breakfast.

The space is a bit cramped, but the price/performance ratio is still very high. The manager is very nice and the service is very attentive. Because there are two quarter clubs nearby, we went to the wrong place, and the manager was very considerate and transferred the reservation. Big thumbs up!

Excellent hotel.  Very clean rooms & nice shower & excellent bed & pillows. Really enjoyed the river view with the sit in window pillow cushion, that was fantastic! The 24/7 krave station was very impressive with the coffee machine that made many different types of coffee drinks & there was a popcorn dispenser too. Very enjoyable stay at the L7 Chicago!

There is a refrigerator, microwave, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. The shower head is fixed to the wall. The location was good. I recommend it.

Parking is cheap enough, $43 for 2 days. Staff are nice and friendly. I asked for not Cleanness of the room is well, but the room design is a bit weird, long walk from washroom to the bed ;p Not enough bright for the room but it’s fine for stay. Rooms distance is quite closed, and doors are not sound-proofing.
