Great hotel. I was here for the Chicago marathon. The start is walking distance. On raceday there was no option for a early breakfast. Usualy hotels provide an option to use breakfast three hours befor the start, but Swissotel dit not. And the price of a room is twice as high to usual rates. I advice to book another hotel if you want to run the Chicago marathon.

Great hotel downtown. Within walking distance to multiple shopping malls and good restaurants. Service and check in speed is phenomenal, had a free upgrade to king size bed from Petite Classic. Wonderful experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent downtown location, perfect for shopping and close to major attractions with convenient transportation. The service was superb. We didn't have our credit card, and a staff member went above and beyond, using his personal credit card to resolve the deposit issue and help us complete the check-in process smoothly. We are truly grateful for his incredible help! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the price is relatively affordable. Upon check-in, they offered cookies, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, the room facilities were quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the bathroom floor lacks an extra drain, so when showering, water tends to spill out of the bathtub, and cleaning it up is a hassle.

The hotel is in a good location but expensive. You can stay in a top five-star hotel in China for this price, but this is just an ordinary four-star hotel on the street. Trump Tower is across the street. It takes about 1 km to go to Millennium Park or the Art Museum of Chicago. The Chicago River is across the street, which is perfect for running and strolling. There is no restaurant of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is served in a bar and restaurant next to it. I didn't try it. It is convenient, but people outside eat together. It is not convenient to take a taxi, especially Uber. It is estimated that it will take a long time to go one way even if it is nearby.

Excellent hotel.  Very clean rooms & nice shower & excellent bed & pillows. Really enjoyed the river view with the sit in window pillow cushion, that was fantastic! The 24/7 krave station was very impressive with the coffee machine that made many different types of coffee drinks & there was a popcorn dispenser too. Very enjoyable stay at the L7 Chicago!

The location is excellent, and it is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking; the room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with a relatively complete range of toiletries and slippers.

Very good location at River North. Average hotel, good for couple of nights of sightseeing. Loud A/C. No daily cleaning unless requested.

The room is very comfortable, with its own kitchen. There is a small supermarket and **Jiu next to it. It is very comfortable to eat or cook. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, laundry detergent, stoves, tableware, and even detergent and scouring pads. This price-performance ratio is unbeatable in Chicago. It is a bit regrettable that the bed is relatively small, and it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy.
