I couldn't use my reservation since it was an error on the trip page associated with booking. I was flying that day from Fort Wayne, In to Monterrey, Nl. The date was for May 25 with departure on May 26. I was in front of the hotel. I explained the situation to the receptionist. And she said that I didn't have any reservations even showing the receipt, I tried to talk to her. Then to reschedule for another date and he never accepted. Booking tried the same. So I just lost my money. Terrible service from this hotel. I cannot rate its cleanliness since I never entered the room. Outside it looked normal. The location is average. But it was relatively close to where I was going. Terrible service from reception, rude, little empathy, negligent. All they needed was for them to throw us out of the place. For trying to fix the situation.

This motel has been here for many decades and from the outside you'd be put off. When debating driving the 200 miles back home at night, or spending $250+ for a local hotel, I decided to give this place a try for $70. I only hoped it was clean & safe enough to actually sleep in. I was honesty surprised by how modern & clean was the room. Yes, the room was tiny, the towels were scratchy, sheets were not thread count, pillows not feathered, and I would not take a black light to a motel that has only one-bed rooms, but for the price and comfort I would stay here again. I've given the place 4 stars based on the type of motel. Sadly I've paid a lot more to stay in places a lot less nice. Note: Try and get a second floor room, to avoid the noise from entry doors and windows at sidewalk level.

Spacious and nice room. Noise every night, weird and rude staff. I had pre-paid the stay, but they charged me additionally. Every afternoon I ´ve had to go to front-desk to re-activate my door card for next day.
