10/10 recommend staying here! The building and unit are absolutely stunning. Accessible to everything you need, either walking or very easy transit. 15 min to get to the water, nice shopping. 5 min to grocery store. Beautiful roof top pool and working area. I will definitely be coming back.

Clean, convenient to everything and in a great neighborhood! Check-in/out was easy. Communication with Kasa was a text message away and any questions were answered quickly. I definitely recommend this Kasa and will book it again when we come to Chicago to visit family members.

First trip to Chicago. Travelled from Denver to drop our son off to college. Great location to walk to restaurants. Perfect neighborhood feel. We liked the workout room and the rooftop pool. Separate living area with sleeper couch was perfect setup for our son. We used Spot Hero for our Turo rental. Conveniently found a spot right across the street.

The room is light with huge windows / views but also new window dressings to roll down to make it dark. The room has comfortable furniture for sitting and sleeping and a small new/ clean kitchen with full fridge, stove and range, place settings, etc, microwave, tea / Keurig. The rooftop lounge and pool were a great place to hang with amazing views and there is also a huge comfy indoor lounge space too. The connected coffee shop (really good) and lobby area downstairs was also nice to sit. This place is will located right off Chicago, walkable to action on Clark if you are looking for that or a safe, easy 30 min walk to Michigan ave and Oak Street Beach. I'll make a point to stay here in the future.

I stayed for a few months while I was looking for a permanent apartment in Chicago. The unit is great with high-quality appliances and premium finishes. The building is new with great amenities, and I got access to all amenities as a Kasa resident. Sam from Kasa was also extremely helpful over the course of several renewals as my search took a bit longer than I expected. He helped me get monthly stay rates for longer-term guests that usually don’t show up on the site (at the time of my booking the site was geared more towards short-term stays). I would certainly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a place for one-to-several months. You get the feel, privacy, convenience, and cost of a leased apartment with the flexibility of a hotel.

We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Floor to ceiling windows and we were on the corner so amazing views of the Willis Tower. Very private for being downtown Chicago. We will be returning in the future!!

Very cozy, clean, and quiet! Perfect location, can walk anywhere. Pool was great with an amazing view. Easy access using keycards and a lot was provided in the room. Virtual front desk, check in and out was cool too! Would definitely stay again!

We loved the views, amenities, and location. The pool was fantastic and was never very busy. The apartment was such a great spot for my family and we felt like one of the locals. I will definitely book with Kasa again.
