The Millennium Hotel is located in the upscale shopping district of Michigan Avenue. Downstairs is the LV flagship store, and across from it is the luxury street of Oak Street. There was nothing wrong with the hotel accommodation experience, but two days after leaving the hotel, I found that the hotel automatically charged 139USD through my credit card, and there was no bill. I wanted to contact the hotel but the email was not working. Finally, with the help of Ctrip customer service, I confirmed that it was a mistake by the hotel. Ctrip overseas is still very helpful and attentive. I remember that many years ago in Australia, I also asked Ctrip overseas customer service to help me solve the air ticket problem. But the hotel service sucks!
