Good hotel in a nice location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room is large. Restaurant downstairs is not worth it. No room service which was a bit annoying after a long flight.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. If you need something, the robot will bring it to your bedroom. Laundry service was good and fast. Enjoyed the stay and I will recommend it to others.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Design is cute and seems to have a relatively lower cost similar to others in same category. Unfortunately, heat did not work well (took an entire night to get to high 60s/low 70s despite being on max and their engineer checking on the issue twice) and the shower pressure is extremely poor, which is probably the thing I care most about :( I also ended up keeping my blinds closed for the sake of privacy as the view for my room was ugly (just faced another tall building, even on a high/upgraded floor) and others could easily see in. Btw this was the king room on this site. I paid around $145. I don’t think I got a particularly poor room as I have an elite Marriott status that qualifies me for free upgrades, and the hotel was relatively empty on the day I stayed. Usually I don’t care much about quality of customer service, but it was overall quite poor on numerous issues, with the exception being the person who checked me in (she was quite stellar). But yeah would not stay in this hotel again if visiting Chicago.

Great science/art themed hotel in a great downtown location. Room was clean with all the amenities we needed. Perfect size for 2 adults and 16 year old son. Location made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go, from Millennium Park to 360 Chicago. We stayed on the 11th floor in a 2 queen room, and were upgraded to the City view. We would definitely stay there again.

Great boutique hotel, friendly staff, took care of everything we needed. The hotel robots were very cool. No complaints whatsoever, everything worked great. Hotel is in a great location as well. Beds are large, queen size if you get two. Bathroom amenities are much nicer than the Marriott standard. I particularly really enjoyed the art and design, it even carried onto the hotel' restaurant. While all the hotel staff were amazing, I would like to shoutout Gwen, she was extremely sweet!

My stay was below average considering the price and the reviews ranking one of the best hotels in the city I was expecting to be wowed by the service and the rooms and the food Good location and the room was OK It was my last visit before leaving the US I and I decided the treat myself with something over the top but it was below average.
