The hotel is in a good location and is cleaned every day. Although the breakfast is almost the same every day, it tastes good. Overall, it feels like a pretty good hotel.

Hotel has the perfect location, possibly the best in the city. Close to many top dining spots in Chicago, short walk to Mag Mile for shopping, and close to the river. The service was much better that I expected from a Hyatt Place. I contacted the hotel via text requesting an early check-in on a very busy day, which was accepted. Upon check-in the room was ready, very friendly reception, late check-out to 4pm as a Globalist was honored. We were handed a bunch of bottles water and a small welcome gift snacks. Breakfast was also included for all the guests (I think), pretty widespread with standard Hyatt Place quality. The room was clean and quite spacious with good layout for a city hotel. The only complain is there is quite a lot of street noise even on high floor. Good place to use the cat 4 cert, and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Highly recommend. One of the better places we have stayed. Great breakfast. Check in was very easy. They stored our luggage before check in because we were going to cubs game. I'll stay here again.

Amazing personalized service! When I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday the team sprang into action and decorated the room for her! It made the day so special and not was such a surprise that hotel employees would go to all that trouble. So impressed! We will be coming back!!

The hotel was as expected and worked for our family of 5. It was extremely annoying and frustrating the hotel employees used the lobby tables/chairs as their office everyday so there was no place to sit and relax besides your hotel room.
