Staypineapple, An Iconic Hotel, the Loop Chicago

Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

Great communication pre visit with the option of checking in via phone. Warmly welcomed by desk staff member upon arrival. Room was clean with all amenities advertised. We were there to see Beauty and the Beast at the theatre, so they surprise us with a rose balloon, a photo frame with a page in it with our name, and chocolates ! The room attendant also made a towel rose on our bed. Lots of personal touches you don't get elsewhere. Beds VERY comfortable, lots of plugs as well as USB ports. Unique architecture you can't find elsewhere ! Staff very friendly and helpful ! Bus stop right across the street. Loved the afternoon pineapple cookies in the lobby. They also have bikes to use, but we didn't have time to do that.

My recent visit at Staypineapple was fantastic! The service was impeccable, the rooms were so cute and it was near everything! We were right in the heart of downtown Chicago. The staff was so nice and friendly. The person at the front desk named DJ was so nice. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and the nightlife if you visit Chicago you must stay here. It’s a historic building that was turned into a hotel and it still has those unique historic features and characteristics. The restaurants food was also great if you happen to be in Chicago, please ensure that you stay at this hotel.
