The hotel was in a great spot, walking distance to all the top sightseeing areas. We felt safe as well. Warren was so pleasant at check in plus Robyn and GM Ed were very helpful. The room and the hotel were clean and spacious (as an Honors member we requested and received an upgrade). The breakfast was satisfactory as well. We suppose our only criticism was the AC in the room. It blew right onto the bed and was uncomfortable. Also possible the filter needed changing. But overall a great stay and highly recommend.

I recently checked out the musical PARADE at the CIBC Theater and stayed at the Hampton Inn, which was super convenient—just a quick five-minute walk to the theater. For solo travelers like me, that kind of location is a big plus. When I got there, the front desk folks were really friendly and even let me check in early, which was awesome since I arrived before the usual time. They also gave me a little tour and filled me in on where to grab the free breakfast each morning. My room was really nice—clean and comfy. I appreciated that the housekeeping team didn't push for daily cleanings but still made sure to check in and see if I needed anything. All in all, I had a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would think about staying there again next time.

I would not stay at the Hampton Inn Majestic again due to a very poor experience. First of all, the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. I asked to move to another room and that one also smelled like smoke. Second, there is only one valet and had to wait 30 minutes to have my car brought around. It would be faster to find your own parking lot. Third, there is no lobby on the first floor. You have to take the elevator to the second floor to get to the lobby.

W got stuck in Chicago after our connecting flight from London was cancelled. We arrived late at night, completely exhausted, and the person at the desk was helpful and sympathetic. The next morning we talked to Warren about our need to stay in town one more night due to our travel disruption. Though the hotel was full, he helped us find another nearby Hilton and helped us with a late check out. The staff here is great, and the room was comfortable and quiet, exactly what we needed. The hotel is also a historic building and really interesting and beautiful. We highly recommend this place.
