因飛機延誤，凌晨才到達，看到的是前台人員極其惡劣的服務態度，被無故取消已經付了全款的房間，交涉半天才給了一個房間，保留房間的承諾變成了廢話。第一次遇到如此野蠻無理的酒店。

The room is large and suitable for families. American breakfast is provided. It is located in the city center with convenient transportation and close to attractions. There is a recreation area on the second floor. The hotel staff is warm and friendly.

It is close to Grand Station and has good access to Chicago 360, boat tours, Starbucks Roastery, etc. The hotel’s courtyard-style structure also gives it a cozy feel. The servers at the 2nd floor buffet are cheerful and friendly. The room cleaning team is also diligent and professional. However, the facilities are relatively old, so the drainage is weak, and there was a slight sewer smell when taking a shower. It may be my impression.

Very dissatisfied, the whole room smelled like a kitchen. The front desk staff was very discriminatory towards Asians. They first said that the room was ready and we could check in early for $40. We said we could wait, and then they told us that we could check in for free after 3 o'clock. When we returned to the hotel, they told us that we could not. When we were waiting in line to check out, the front desk staff served the white people who cut in line first. However, the valet parking service of Rommel Baltazar was very good and friendly.
