This hotel is amazing. My daughter and I went for a concert at Wrigley and got a Wrigley view room and it was perfect. Great view and the proximity was obviously amazing. At the end of the stay we inquired about the throw blanket from the room as my daughter loved it. Although they were not available to purchase, Naome from the front desk was able to find where we can purchase one. Totally above and beyond! Our next time we need to stay in that area, we will surely be back! I fell in love with the shower!

We traveled to Hotel Zachary for my 50th birthday and to see my favorite team Cubs. The hotel staff was amazing from check in and throughout our stay. They made this Texas girl feel so special on a big birthday. The suite overlooking Wrigley was a once in a lifetime experience. The suite was very spacious and clean. The bed was so soft with plenty of pillows. The comfy blanket was a nice touch for curling up on the couch to gaze at Wrigley Field. I will NEVER forget Waking up and going to sleep to the view of Wrigley. Thank you for making my 50th birthday very very special.

This is a must stay if you are going to see a Cubs game. We arrived the night before while a night game was in progress and we were able watch the end out on the Zachary patio. The rooms are nicely appointed and the housekeeping staff is attentive. We ate on the patio with local friends and the food and service was perfect.

An hotel is "made" by the people who work there, and that is what makes this hotel so great. This was not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. Everytime, the personnel have gone beyond what is expected. From making acommadations as well as providing assistance to the needs of those staying in the hotel, the help has been outstanding.

The hotel Zachary is not only a cool hotel but the people who work there are amazing in customer service. I’ve rarely seen an upgrade to a suite with ambassador status but Hotel Zachary went above and beyond in making me feel special for my loyalty.
