It was great experience

Good hotel

I stayed in the same room for another week. A female staff member (of Asian descent) at the front desk asked to charge an extra 30 dollars per night (plus tax). First, it was not the peak season. Second, they charged more for the same room. I don't understand. Different attitudes of different staff members towards guests will affect the credibility of the hotel.

Very good. It's very close to other attractions. It's a great accommodation experience. It's just on the Magnificent Mile. There are buses, subways, and shopping malls nearby. I recommend staying here if you want to travel to Chicago.

No need to call the front desk to take off your shoes. Next, the coffee machine has great reviews, lots of cups and lots of different flavors. The hotel room is very spacious and has a Bluetooth speaker. Very comfortable! Service: Very considerate, the front desk staff are very warm and considerate. Facilities: There is no dining in the hotel, there is a bathtub and shower in the room, and the toilet is very spacious. Cleanliness: Very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Convenient location, good overall experience

The room is not big and cannot be measured by domestic standards. The location is not bad, not on the Magnificent Mile, not far from the Magnificent Mile. The streets are quiet and clean.
