Place is okay. Everything is handled remotely and passcoded. They could do better on the service by adding atleast 1 staff onsite

This is a great hostel! I’ve been here twice and it’s got comfy beds and a great coworking space if you need to do some remote work. The owners are helpful and responsive and are working on making the space even better with some new renovations.

Location is excellent, parking too, and the space is simply perfect for my purpose. I'm definitely coming back soon! Eric was super attentive and helped me as soon as I needed, and I guess the guess do know how to enjoy life and get together around!

Positive experience with this hostel! Responsive and friendly communication with staff and they were able to accommodate our early check in without issue. Also the location is convenient being nestled in a lively area and close to transportation. I highly recommend!

An amazing experience for my first hostel. Beautiful decor, great staff and great accommodations. Close to the city and different neighborhoods that will make you Chicago stay great and entertaining. I highly recommend staying here in your next trip and experience Stay 424!

I’m in town for a film festival and only for only a night. this place is the best. Clean, and super affordable. The staff is incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend, and especially for a quick stop in town. Great for indie filmmakers and artists!

10/10 everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Anyone should stay here if they need an affordable high quality place while staying in the city. The location is close to the blue line and you have easy access to the whole city. The staff are friendly and the sleeping set up is really great too.

Very good location of the hostel near the famous blue line. Great co-working space downstairs. If you need to do some work during your visit in Chicago then you'll definitely appreciate this facility. Service is usually not on site but they answer every message in no time.
