The deposit is expensive and the return period is long, but everything else is fine. There is a supermarket downstairs which is particularly convenient.

Beautiful apartment, more than we expected, staff couldn’t do enough for us, but our favourite was Parker, an absolute diamond, she went above & beyond to resolve a few problems we encountered, an absolute asset to your company Thanks guys

You drive up to the building and have no clue what to do next. Go inside to 1 person at a desk that couldn’t care less. I booked for the pool but got my room 45min past the posted check in time, so we weren’t even able to use it. Zero luxuries. Zero customer service! Cheap bedding. It’s basically a tiny ikea apt. College vibes! The only thing they have going is location.

DO NOT BOOK The hotel charged my card without my permission. They advised there was a $22 dollar a day charge to use the amenities and the tax. The rate on ******* said including fees and taxes. Really disappointed as they now showed page 4 of the terms and conditions with the charge but did not advise me at anytime just took the money. I cannot recommend a hotel that does this

The property is stunning and the staff friendly and mostly helpful. Ken seemed a little inexperienced. Check-in was a little drawn out and getting parking passes for visitors who joined me was a slight challenge.
I never got my silver perks despite asking twice and the stove top did not work. My child wanted to cook breakfast for her new fiancé and couldn’t get it to work. No one came up to help and it was not resolved by the end of the visit.
Management was made aware, but have not offered a remedy to this point.
For a premium property at a premium price, these small issues are pretty disappointing, especially as no effort has been made to resolve them.
Again, the accommodations are legitimately first rate and the stay was lovely, but the failure to respond to these is a real demerit.

The property was exactly as depicted in the images. The staff was nice but I kept having to return to the concierge because my key kept malfunctioning but otherwise this was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. We walked to several delightful restaurants and took the train to events outside of town. Easy to get around and the apartment was lovely. Staff was amazing!
