Every time I participated in the exhibition, I decided to book this hotel. The evaluation of this hotel is very high. The location is good, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are convenient. I stayed in March. I booked a room in January and the price was much higher than in previous years. I thought it was because of the lack of room at that time. But at the end of February and early March, I found that there were more room types released, and the price was higher than that of January It was much cheaper when booking (more than 20[%] cheaper), and decisively cancelled the original booking and rescheduled it.

During our recent stay at this hotel, we experienced a range of both positive and negative aspects. We made reservations on New Year’s Eve, marking our first visit to Chicago with my partner and friends. While we enjoyed the overall experience, we found the hotel to be more expensive than in the downtown area. The parking fees were particularly exorbitant, and the open space parking lot raised concerns about safety. Additionally, we noticed a discrepancy between the number of towels and cups provided in the room and the number specified on our reservation. Despite promptly contacting the hotel upon arrival, we were still short of towels and cups for two days. Despite these issues, we acknowledge that the stay itself was pleasant.
