Hotels near Chinatown, Chicago

Jaslin has simple but very pleasant accommodations. In past, there was a breakfast buffet but now there are limited options in the neighborhood (expect for the mandatory CHARbucks next door). Dinner options are plentiful Location is good but CTA bus service was very spotty this trip. It is an easy walking distance to train. Staff was efficient but not gregariously friendly. Overall, a nice quiet place (even with street traffic) and a good value for the money.

Cheap, very economical

The room was OK. A deposit of 50 USD was charged to each room when we checked in. When we checked out the next day, 30 USD was charged to our credit card. It was said to be parking fee, but our car was not parked at the hotel. The front desk manager said it would be refunded, but it has not been refunded yet. Then when we checked in the second night, the front desk staff charged me 110 USD directly. After a while, they still couldn't figure it out. Finally, they said it would be refunded. The front desk manager told me to wait for the credit card bill to come out and contact her if it was not refunded.

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

They was very helpful when calling the desk or even in person at the desk. Valet parking was super fast. The staff was so nice and breakfast buffet was amazing and last till 10:30am for the late sleepers

The room was clean, the accommodation was very convenient, very close to the exhibition hall, overall very convenient

The reservation interface shows that you pay 61.29 knife at the store, and the actual credit card settlement 142.16 knife! I don't know what the fee is, the foreign language is not good, and I don't understand it! But overall it feels good! The distance from the Weftec venue can be counted as zero distance, the first floor can be connected, and there is a sofa on the first floor! There is a paid breakfast on the first floor, and there is a Chinese waiter!

Very nice apartment but small things a bit boring: definitely automatic check in where the registration is very detailed and slow and if you don't read the emails they send carefully you waste a lot of time. The bathroom drain is not perfect and gets clogged. The apartment curtains do not cover completely and therefore light early in the morning. Shower with lukewarm water and not hot (the first time, the second everything was perfect). Bed and pillows too soft for my habits. For the rest, very nice apartment

Location was good. 30 mins walk to most places in South Loop and the McCormick place. Might be due to manpower issues, room were not made up for entire duration of the stay.

This hotel has been chooses because it’s location in the centre of Chicago. Quire comfortable double room was clean and looks pretty. No any problems with sleeping and rest in this hotel. Could be recommended to Chicago visitors for sure.
