Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.

Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.

The teppan grill at the highest floor is not up to satisfaction

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very close to the Makuhari Messe if you attend expos. Short walk to train station.

We stayed here on my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including Japanese and Western food, and onigiri rice balls made right in front of you.

I stayed at this hotel as a reward. The room service food was delicious and the service was good. There was also a hot spring facility nearby, which was perfect when I wanted to relax. The view from my room facing the sea was beautiful and relaxing.

As expected of a luxury hotel, the rooms are large. For visitors and exhibitors, it only takes about 800 meters, about 5 minutes, to walk to the exhibition center. 1 km from the free beach, 5 minutes from the fireworks festival beach, and there are many barbecue restaurants and Japanese restaurants around. The train is about 45 minutes from Tokyo. The price is a bit expensive, but acceptable. There is a massage service in the hotel. After a day of exhibition and standing, I really need a massage.

The front desk English is average, but the service attitude is very serious

The breakfast is particularly bad, and there is basically nothing that Chinese people like to eat. There is not even boiled eggs. The service at the front desk and the doorman is particularly poor. Compared with the service standards of ordinary Japanese people, it is not enthusiastic at all. We booked a taxi for the second day, not only did not have a wake-up service, but I also had to remind him who registered at the time to call him temporarily. After calling the taxi, he did not wait outside with us. We all got in the taxi, and he ran out to tell us that this was not our taxi. The overall service is very, very poor, far worse than that in China.

The room was generally good. Although it was quite old, the door still had a key. This is rare in China. The facilities were still clean and tidy, which was very good.
