This is the hotel I must stay in every time I come to Tokyo. It is very cost-effective, with large rooms and hot spring facilities. The front desk is warm and thoughtful. The cost-effectiveness is so high that many domestic tour groups stay here because it is too noisy.

Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement
This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized.
A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day.
The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable.
The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience.

Nice, clean hotel, situated in a generally residential area. The signage in the lifts suggests there's a bar and a restaurant, but these weren't operating during our stay.
There are 2 nearby monorail stations (10 to 15 minutes). The further of the 2, Chibaminato, is also a regular train station.
