I stayed here during an event in Makuhari. It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Hamano Station.
The room was comfortable, with a unit bath, refrigerator, desk and chair.
Most amenities were provided, and they even had indoor wear.
There was also a coin laundry and a large public bath on the common floor. The large public bath had an open-air bath and a large sauna. However, there was no outdoor bathing or relaxation space, so it may not be suitable for enjoying the sauna multiple times.
