The service here was immaculate from day one, the staff spoke English which was very helpful and they were always so attentive and polite. The days we were there, unfortunately was raining, however the hotel provided us with umbrellas making it very convenient for us. The rooms are a bit small for two large suitcases but everything else you need is in that one room, including a bathtub! They also provide free amenities in the lobby which really topped it off for us. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel for our four-night stay. Thanks to the reception staff for being so lovely 😊😊
Conveniently located in an adjacent building from Chiba JR station. Access from the west exit. Also near subway station and monorail network.
Plenty of eateries and shopping at the nearby malls. Basically you can find everything you need here, so don’t have to stay in Tokyo.
We picked Chiba for ease of access to Narita airport, about 50 minutes away on rapid train. Express service to Narita is also available but at 3x the cost.
Breakfast is typical Japanese fare but last order is early at 9am. There are plenty of eateries nearby so next time will opt out of hotel breakfast.
Hotel mini fridge is under-powered so is effectively useless.
Reserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.
Location was awesome as a base for 1 night to pick up rental car from Toyota rent a car which was about 7mins walk away. Hotel was close to the Chiba station about 5mins walk away. Hotel is also close to many eateries and ichiran which was about 8mins walk away. There are 3 combini quite close to the hotel too. Overall it’s very good! Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!
I had contacted the hotel to make a reservation for a parking space, but it was full so I parked in a nearby paid parking lot.
The hotel is close to Soga Station and easy to find.
The room was compact, so I spread out my suitcase in the empty space by the bed.
The front desk staff are polite and the service is excellent.
The location is also close to the station, and there is a 24-hour Maruetsu Petit store in front of the station, so you won't have any inconveniences. When returning to the hotel from Disney, Chiba Minato Station is on the Chiba side of Maihama, so you don't have to take a crowded train to Tokyo.
It was inconvenient that the amenities only included one cotton swab.
The staff were very kind and I was satisfied.◎
As for the room, I heard a few noises like something hitting the wall, not sure if it was the left or right or top or bottom, but it was a bit annoying.
Other than that, there was nothing else! I'd definitely stay here again.
I stayed here due to the effects of a typhoon.
I made a reservation on the day, but was lucky that there was a vacancy.
The hotel is located in front of Chiba Minato Station, and there is a Maruetsu supermarket nearby that is open 24 hours a day, so it is very convenient.
The price was also reasonable, so I had no complaints about my stay.
Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.
This hotel has a location. The location next to Chiba Station is convenient for travel, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel.
For inside the room everything is good except cleanliness because I still found other people hair inside the toilet.

Very Good
BBuzailantianThe service was very good. Although there was no one who could speak English or Chinese, technology made us close to each other and everything was so harmonious. However, it seemed that there were few female guests. Basically, the restaurant was full of men. Everyone looked at me strangely when they saw me eating alone.
HHuangmingThe rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities are old, but this price is worth it in Japan.
This time when I came to Japan, I found that Japan's smoking ban was implemented very quickly. There are very few people smoking on the streets, and there is no smoke smell in the restaurants, which is quite good.
The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from Chiba Station. Convenience stores and restaurants are also very close, so eating out is not a problem.
GGuest UserIt's about a 4-minute walk from the east exit of Chiba Station, and there are many food restaurants nearby that are open until late.If I have another chance, I would like to use it.
KKris KoThe space planning and facilities are very good. Although the service staff do not speak English well, they are very patient in receiving foreigners. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is exaggerated. No one will eat or talk on the phone in the room. As long as someone walks out of the room, the sound of opening and locking the door is very loud, which will wake you up. I don't know how many times I woke up in one night. There are earplugs available at the counter. If the hotel can improve this, it will be a very good hotel.

ののぶIt was close to the station, but it was quiet and I was able to relax. The free use of the video theater and the large underground bath were also great. I'd like to use it again next time.
