Conveniently located in an adjacent building from Chiba JR station. Access from the west exit. Also near subway station and monorail network.
Plenty of eateries and shopping at the nearby malls. Basically you can find everything you need here, so don’t have to stay in Tokyo.
We picked Chiba for ease of access to Narita airport, about 50 minutes away on rapid train. Express service to Narita is also available but at 3x the cost.
Breakfast is typical Japanese fare but last order is early at 9am. There are plenty of eateries nearby so next time will opt out of hotel breakfast.
Hotel mini fridge is under-powered so is effectively useless.
The service here was immaculate from day one, the staff spoke English which was very helpful and they were always so attentive and polite. The days we were there, unfortunately was raining, however the hotel provided us with umbrellas making it very convenient for us. The rooms are a bit small for two large suitcases but everything else you need is in that one room, including a bathtub! They also provide free amenities in the lobby which really topped it off for us. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel for our four-night stay. Thanks to the reception staff for being so lovely 😊😊
The room was excellent – spacious, with adjustable air-conditioning, and very clean. The 24-hour staff service was outstanding. They even helped collect my delayed luggage. Almost everyone spoke English, and for those who didn’t, they used a translation device, making communication seamless.
If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!
The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation.
In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened.
The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport.
The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink?
If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.
The hotel is right next to Chiba Port Station, very convenient. You can see the sea after a walk. I was on a business trip this time and didn't have time to enjoy it. But the sunset was very beautiful. I hope to have a chance to relax there next time. The price of the hotel is OK. The bathroom has everything it should have and is clean.
This hotel has a location. The location next to Chiba Station is convenient for travel, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel.
For inside the room everything is good except cleanliness because I still found other people hair inside the toilet.
The location was also very easy to find near the station.
It was a little dry day, but there was no problem at all because there was an air purifier. We had a very comfortable stay.
I stayed for 2 nights, but they changed towels every time, and it was clean and nice! I went to see a soccer game, but it was convenient because it was close to the Fukuda Electronic Arena and where I could eat snacks.
I want to use it again!
I had contacted the hotel to make a reservation for a parking space, but it was full so I parked in a nearby paid parking lot.
The hotel is close to Soga Station and easy to find.
The room was compact, so I spread out my suitcase in the empty space by the bed.
The hotel is very good. The big bed room is completely open for two people. The room size is enough. The service is also very good. I don’t know Japanese. I don’t have any obstacles. I live for five days. There is no problem. The paper towel is peach-flavored. It is very fragrant. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.
