Such a terrrible experience!!!!! we checked out today . soonest we found we lost the ring and back to hotel. At the beginning, staff and housekeeper keep.saying that no they haven't seen and bring the trash back.for inspection. We have no choice but asked for Police. (ph3 and 4). after 2 hours, we were back to hotel and saw their face to us. no embarrassed and ashamed(ph2). It seems there is nothing happened. We saw this notice on the wall and argued with them for such compensation. they said they have no responsibility on losing unless we told them we have taken this luxury ring when checking in(ph1). Speechless, and also their furniture is of bad quality. I w⁸as hurt my leg when sitting on side of the long chair before leaving.(ph5)
