Three women stayed in a family room. The condition of the two-room room was very good and the staff was very friendly. They allowed us to swim late at night and it was good.
Good for the price

The store requires check-out at 11 am. The request is a bit special. It is different from ordinary hotels. It is too late in the morning. At 11 am, the store still comes up to urge check-out. I feel very rushed

It's a really great bouquet hotel in a fairly central to Chiang Mai "old quarters." Accommodation was excellent, rooms spacious, bed comfortable, water preasure ok. TV in the room, probably no English channel anyway. Holidays are not for watching TV. Breakfast, very healthy and big serving, pool utilised by other guests. Staff were really great, so polite, main ones spoke English. Seem to be most other guests were cashed up backpackers. They arranged a full day tour for me, and I very must appreached it. Definitely would recommend it. Very quiet as it's tucked away from any main roads. Airport not to far away, same as the bus station 3.

We stayed at My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge for just under three weeks and it was definitely the right choice. The location is perfect, very peaceful with only a short walk into the old town. The pool was always very clean and great to cool off in at the end of a days site seeing. The staff certainly make this hotel worth a stay, nothing is too much trouble and we were always welcomed with a friendly smile and genuine interest in our day and simply excellent customer service. We’ve been travelling for a few month, and the break away from the daily grind of a standard hotel buffet breakfast was superb; fresh fruit and a good choice of freshly prepared food was a gift, and with the added bonus of excellent coffee. The hotel was exceptional value for money and we will definitely return on our next visit to Chiang Mai…

Most wonderful hotel run by friendly people. Very welcoming and unhelpful any time we needed anything. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed and nice facilities Great area, although Chiang Mai was so wonderful, we didn’t get a chance to use it The location is one of the best things about this place right on the edge of the old town easy to walk into all of the main attractions of Chiang Mai Couldn’t fault anything about it

A small friendly hotel with fantastic staff who are so friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance of the older part of city it’s perfect for visiting all on offer. Multiple trips can be organised by the staff who are helpful with what’s suitable based on your requirements.

Stayed here for 3 nights on our travels. Lovely hotel with lovely staff in a good location just outside the city walls. Really good breakfast which you can pay extra for, and complimentary coffee water etc in reception all day. James at reception was very helpful and recommended some nice hotels and things to do. Although we didn’t use it, the pool area looked nice. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, the only negative for me is the fridge when plugged in is quite loud, and some of the plug sockets are a bit loose. Would stay here again and recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you

I stayed here for three nights and think it was really good value for money. It was outside the old city but everything was within walking distance. My room was really nice with a big bed and great shower. The AC was wonderful and the bigger sized fridge really nice. The staff were totally helpful and very friendly. I really enjoyed the cold beer by the pool at the end of the day. Glad I picked it.

This hotel was the best hotel my wife and I stayed in throughout our entire 2 week Thailand trip. The check in was very inviting and welcoming - we were greeted with juice & a cold towel which was refreshing and our passports laid out on a platter. We were given a very extensive run down of all the amenities/facilities of the hotel (pool, bar, laundry etc) which was very much appreciated and then taken to our room and shown around. The room had a platter of fresh mango and passion fruit as a welcome gift which was nice. Everything about this hotel was great, including the location which is not far from the local night markets where we ate every night. The staff were all super friendly - cannot fault it! We will definitely return during our next trip.

The staff at My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge made our stay more than 5-stars. From check in, they are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always around to help you with anything you might need, from organizing a tour to rides, to storing luggage and more. Beyond that, they put so much pride and care into their hotel that you rarely see. Everything about the room and stay itself was as nice or nicer than expected. The AC and internet worker, and the room was clean and modern. The laundry service was a god send. The pool is very nice and the design of the atrium is airy and chic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to say goodbye. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a a boutique hotel with world class service at an incredible value.

Congratulations to the My Chiang Mai Boutique team who smashed the 5 star rating. These guys are amazing. My wife and me stayed for a few days, in between going to Pai and back for an overnighter on our way to Bangkok (5 nights overall). The hotel is spotless and the staff tirelessly cleaning and supportive and relaxed in their roles. Breakfast (optional extra) is great and although not entirely like the European fare, is really good value and I was properly and happily stuffed afterwards. Complementary (all day) tea and coffee available etc, add to the great value here. Cozy pool and no traffic noise make for a relaxing swim and sunbathing experience. Now I want to come to my ‘over and above’, comment. When departing for the UK, the taxi driver dropped us at the airport, but missed my CPAP breathing machine, still in the trunk, and in our haste we didn’t notice either. Consequently, we only realised it was missing when we arrived in Bangkok! My wife called My Chiang Mai Boutique, to query if the driver had contacted them, yes, he had returned the machine to them. Their quick response was to package the machine and get it sent overnight, via bus, to a collection centre. Whilst all the time updating us, and confirming delivery, which resulted in a successful outcome. All we can say is a very, very, big thank you to the My Chiang Mai Boutique team and special thanks to James (super mixologist cocktail maker) and the team who assisted with this.

A friendly warm hotel with staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much for them, be it allowing really really early check in, or allowing luggage storage with permission to take a shower and change before catching a late flight, or unlimited tea, biscuits and fruits any time of the day, or night. Tours were arranged, pizzas delivered late at night, what have you. Child friendly, family friendly, couples friendly, singles friendly

The My Chiangmai Boutique Lodge is a wonderful family run hotel and the perfect choice for those (like us) looking for a mid-range hotel that delivers on all fronts. With a great location just outside the old city walls, spotlessly clean large rooms with comfortable beds and a shaded pool area to enjoy after a day exploring Chiang Mai, it offers both great value for money and a top notch guest experience. As well as the aforementioned factors, the thing that really elevates the My Chiangmai Boutique Lodge to the top of the pile is the fantastic team of staff. Ultra friendly and cheerful (you are always met with genuine smile), they were all super helpful and helped us uncover some lesser known gems during our stay. Many thanks to you all and we hope to return soon

We had a wonderful stay at chiangmai boutique lodge. We booked the king suite with living room , bedroom and a kitchenette. The rooms were clean and spacious. Both rooms open out to balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen had a stovetop , sink utensils ,knife, ,chopping board and cleaning gel. The bed was cozy and we availed a crib since we were travelled with a baby. The bathroom had a bathtub n shower. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast cost 200 THB and consist of a main course - some form of egg / pork / chicken with toast, Coffee , juice and fruit platter. The staff - James and Nunu , helped organize birthday cake for our baby. All the staff - James, Nunu , Pibee and Ngamtha were excellent and need special appreciation. We had also tour arranged to Doi inthanon and Doi Suthep with the hotel for reasonable price. The hotel is close to old town and grab is readily available. The cons - The plumbing is a problem in entire Chiang mai and this hotel. Sometimes you get a raw sewage smell ( very light) in bathroom and near reception. The lights in rooms are bit dim. Reception is not 24*7. The electric sockets are low and charging phone or using kettle is inconvenient. Overall a wonderful hotel and would definitely recommend staying here

Great to have access to a pool (with the shade of a big tree) after a day in the heat of Chiangmai. Very clean, friendly staff, all day free coffee/tea/biscuits was a lovely touch. Not heaps of cafes/restaurants/bars close by but all walkable. Good value for money.
