😃 The hotel staff were friendly and nice helping me check in quickly, with my bags to the room. And also to organise express laundry for that evening. The room is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Location is great. 😣 There was a light from the TV shining directly into my eyes when trying to sleep - had to unplug to get it to go away. The AC noise was soooo loud. Even when turned off it sounded like vacuuming. Zero sound-proofing between rooms. It was quite hard to sleep through the night even though the bed was comfy ! Fine if you are a light sleeper.

So clean and calm, convenience for my solo trip. They offer bread, Thai banana , coffee and tea in the morning. Staff is friendly and supported.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating! Even after checkout, they allowed us to leave our bags and shower before we had to head off later in the afternoon. Location is good and I would definitely recommend.

Small boutique hotel, tugged in a quiet corner from all buzzling busy roads. Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel provides free simple breakfast too. Good on the day when we need to check out early to catch our bus to ChiangRai. Clean comfy sheets and bed are soft, bathroom is clean too. Only down side is the location is slightly away from all the gates , temples and shopping streets. Nevertheless, still good and we will recommend to our fellow friends

A comfortable night, amidst the hustle and bustle outside, this place offered a comfortable, simple, and clean living experience with excellent staff service. The weekend rates are also reasonable, and the neighborhood where the hotel is located is peaceful and tranquil.

Moved to a twin room as I stayed with a friend. Spacious enough for 2 pax :) The essence to this hotel (aside from the location) is the front desk staff - they are AMAZING. Helpful & friendly, makes small chat with you (they speak good English) and gives you advice where you can visit. And huge thanks to P' Sai Fa for helping me get a lantern for NYE! Will come back to this hotel next time!

New and clean accommodation, soft mattress and pillows, very comfortable to sleep, recommended.

The location is convenient in the ancient city, but the hotel is small. There is no breakfast and the room is also small. It is OK for a night. It is suitable for visiting several attractions within walking distance.

The hotel is located in Chiang Mai city. The location is good. You can travel anywhere conveniently. The room is clean.

Nice hotel with an excellent location. Although there are no full breakfasts, you can have tea/coffee with cookies and toast in the morning.

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and a good size. Make the room smell fresher. Good intetnet wifi. There is a swimming pool. But you have to go to another branch called The Wing Lanna. Grandma's swimming pool is salt-based. No chlorine
