Located really well for exploring the old town on foot, but next to a slightly noisy main road - this makes getting a taxi very easy. No lift to the third floor but not a problem if you’re mobile. Bath was big and water very hot. Balcony for smoking. This room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Great value for money overall. The view was great too, and there was a great Burmese restaurant a few doors down which I ricommend as well as a great vegan restaurant 1 minute away.

It is very close to the ancient city. There is also a 7-11 nearby. You can reach the night market within a short walk. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel facilities are very suitable for couples or newlyweds. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. Fortunately, the reception desk on the day My sister helped carry the luggage. I liked that their rooms were independent and not connected to each other.
