It's a great place to stay with friends or family.
I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews recently, but the room was really big and the bedding was clean.
There were a variety of cooking utensils, so it was good to cook, and there was an outdoor pool, so it was good to play in the water!!!!!
However, the location is ambiguous, so it's inconvenient to get around unless you take a taxi, and only 2 per person are provided in the accommodation, and there was an additional fee for towels..
And you have to communicate with the manager only by email, so that's also inconvenient..ㅠㅠ

1. Accommodations: good as they have three rooms with double beds. They were suitable for family and a group of six to stay together
2. Service: We experienced slow responses and no feedback via WhatsApp or WeChat. Although they provided extra toilet paper and tissues upon request, they did not provide any housekeeping services for 5 days and we were informed to manage our own garbage each day.
3. Swimming Pool: The pool was very dirty, no filtration system and full of insects. It was not suitable for swimming. We contacted customer service but did not receive a follow-up. It did not meet our expectations of a villa.
4. Cleanliness: We found a dead cockroach on the stairs, and the smell in the ground floor toilet was very bad. Other than that, the cleanliness was acceptable.
5. Noise: The property is very close to a flight path, causing significant noise, especially at night.
6. Shower Drainage: There is a serious drainage issue in all three shower rooms.

The dirtiest place I have lived in in recent years. The refrigerator was moldy, the house was full of hair, and the landlord refused to clean up after I contacted him. The water in the swimming pool should have never been changed. The kitchen utensils, toilets, towels, doors, etc. were all very, very dirty. In a tier-18 city like Chiang Mai, the price of 1,500 per night in the off-season should not be such a standard. Any 50-yuan hostel in China would not have such poor hygiene.
