Very clean and bed comfortable, location good

The hotel is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on. There aren't many food options. The rice soup is delicious. The staff is polite.

Everything looked better than expected for the price paid. Until the time to enter the room. Why can I hear the other rooms so clearly? After a while, it was right. Everything, every word, no matter how soft, I could hear it. There was no soundproofing at all. I could hear every word from the room next door as clearly as if nothing was blocking it. The other things were a hundred points, nothing to deduct. But this thing is, we went as a couple, but I didn't dare to do it because the other room did it and I could hear it right next to my ear.

1. Stayed in a hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, 3 people, paid for an extra bed, had to get 3 sets of towels on the first day, after that the next day they took 3 sets and didn't bring a new set to change, until I had to ask in the middle of the night and the staff came to inform me that 1 handkerchief was missing. I don't know what the staff meant, we didn't keep it anywhere. 2. There were only 2 clothes hangers in the room, asked for 3 more. When the staff brought them, there was 1 plastic one and 2 wooden ones, totaling 5 pieces. But on the day of check-out, the staff informed me that we took the wooden hangers. Will the staff think that we switched like this? Why didn't they check first? I felt really bad. There was no apology from the staff at all. 3. The pillow had a little stain. We didn't know if it was stained before we arrived or what. We told the staff that it couldn't be washed out by just spraying water and rubbing it with our hands. This wasn't washing silk. To be honest, it was a little stained. If it was like this, we wouldn't dare to sleep at all. We were fined 150.- The service was not impressive at all.
