They said visitor’s are not allowed, okay that seemed fair but in the app it showed just around 300 rupees for an extra person that is basically i booked for one adult but anyway the room is for 2 adults so there is no need for an extra bed, but they made me pay for an extra person 1600 extra.

Room & washroom photos didn't match with what were shown on makemytrip app while i was booked the room.
The restaurant seevice was poor and slow.
Food was not of good quality, they should improve their services.

At the time of checkout, they accused me of consuming a packet of cashew from the snack basket. I was questioned by the receptionist, to which i replied in the negative. Then they asked the person who was checking the room to again recheck. When he got back saying that all the snacks are intact and they had reported snack missing by oversight. Though the receptionist apologised, i was humiliated and i would never forget this bitter experience

Property is old but well maintained. Really appreciate the Manager ALEX who had made me feel comfortable.
Food is really good, facilities provided are good also.
