Service was great, clean rooms. The only issue i faced was a/c problem but then when i said them they changed our rooms immediately. Thank you pride hotel for such a great stay

The restaurant service is excellent.Two persons that excel are Deva and Sushmita.The lady wearing always a saree is working with her heart. I had a bad experience with a waiter who has categorically refused to have our 2 years baby food heated in the microwave.

We stayed for diwali ! morning coffee was horrible and the cost was 179- per coffee ! further they charged 170 extra and on protest it was reduced !

Service is very poor. No one is coming, even after calling. Staff is not cooperative. They do not help you to take your lagage inside room maintenance is very poor. Chairwala is broken, toothbrush is old and its tread are coming in mouth. Toilet is not cleared.

Instead of king size bed which was booked, they offered me twin sharing bed on an excuse of hotel is completely booked. When you committed to give king size bed how come anyone changes as per their convenience
