Though it was late the check in was smooth
Since its was booked thro the app they took 20 min to allot
Wash room cleanliness should be updated
Food choice on breakfast was not all gd

Clean hotel with spacious rooms and quick checkin and checkout process.
The staff was kind enough to verify satisfaction with the room and if we had any issues and staff was attentive.

The room was good but the cleaning was not as per standard. There were yellow stain marks on the toilet sheet and also one cockroach was under the chair. Informed to reception 2 times regarding the issue but no action has been taken. Also requested to change the room or upgrade the room but management didn't provide any solution.

My stay in the hotel was the worst i’ve ever had. I was shown there was a spa, gym etc. There was nothing when we opened the minibar that was empty too. My toilet was beyond disgusting the mirror was so dirty and i couldn’t shower. The room had a very dirty sweaty smell and even the blankets were moist. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Room , food , service all excellent.. fridge not working and no hair dryer.. WIFI disappointed… Kishoth front desk House keeping sriram bar abhinandhan all were very helpful fabulous people are very helpful and it’s was wonderful experience with pride hotels

Recently I stayed in pride hotel chennai the stay was comfortable it was a good stay it's had a fantastic stay the rooms was spotles the staff were incredibly friendly and the front desk staff kishoth are really helpful full for wifi and overall I highly recommend this hotel
