Smell-Bed Environment-Noisy Staff-Lack of duties Facilities- Air conditioning broken/ Not given water bottle everyday/ toilet smell - fishy / Bed sheets, towel- dirty, small rats, cockroaches-inside rooms, noise from rooms beside  0.00001 out of 10

Hotel amenities are in horrible condition including bed. Breakfast menu was very poor. I don't know what to say. Completely horrible hotel. Trip. Com has to stop the contract with this hotel. And please don't offer this hotel to any one... Thanks

Had an amazing time here. Would definitely recommend. Room: Rooms are spacious, hygienic, and well maintained. There's a double bed (memory foam, I guess), two pillows and a comforter made of linen. Charging sockets are near the head, so you can charge your device and scroll. There's a comfy chair made of memory foam on the side of the bed where you can lounge on and relax. There's also a wardrobe with mirror, a teapoy, a bedside, wash basin, WiFi and TV. There are two ceiling fans and an AC, which really brings the temperature down quick. Overall a very good setup, I'd say. Bathroom: Bathroom is spacious enough for one person. Very clean. Western toiletry. Towel provided. Staff: Staff are very courteous and accommodate every need of the guest. Front office guy speaks Tamil, English and Hindi, so outstation travellers need not panic. I checked in at 00:20 midnight after driving 700 kms, and they didn't show any signs of distress. They were happy and welcoming. That I would remember whenever I think of this place. Parking: There's no designated parking ground, but you don't expect that in the heart of the city. The front courtyard accommodates three cars, and there's lockable gate and security full time. Your cars are safe. Accessibility: The property is on Anna Salai, exactly opposite to Kalaignar TV and there's a huge sign board out front. Even if you drove with your eyes closed and google maps on, you'd find it.
