The service at the Front Desk, F&B & Housekeeping was truly exemplary. The breakfast spread is amazing & the lunch / dinner menu seems quite adequate. I would like to appreciate the following individuals for providing us with some exceptional customer service - Front Desk : Mohan Raj (Manager), Solomon & Anisha Kalan + on the other hand Devendran & Lakshmi from the F&B dept. These individuals did a stellar job in creating a delightful customer experience.

Booked for 2025 New Year for two nites, Dec 31 and 1st Jan 2025. Anisha checked me in smooth as silk. She was very friendly and professional and offered a complimentary pastry plate as I'm a member and frequent guest. Buffet dinners and breakfasts throughout the stay was sumptuous with varieties in dishes so that it didn't get boring. Restaurant staff were very attentive and offered complimentary items upon request which were not in buffet. Throughout my meals all the chefs would stop by to see that I was enjoying my meal. On day of check out I was not feeling good so requested restaurant to pack my breakfast. Devendhran offered to pack my breakfast and showed care and concern in my well being. He said that if guest is happy then he is happy. Staff here are really caring. Chef gave me a hot concoction to drink to make me feel better. Meghan was also very good in table service. All this makes this my "go to" hotel for a quiet retreat.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel in Chennai, and it was an excellent experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the ambiance was welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety of options. A special mention goes to Simitha, who provided exceptional service during my stay. She was attentive, courteous, and went out of her way to ensure all our needs were met. Her professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable

Not recommended
Receiption staffs are not aware of how to work. Still cannot understand why they are asking for AADHAAR card then asking for Passport again asking for AADHAAR card.
Interior are mainly covered by interior-film, meanwhile they have renovated with the cheapest way.
