The reason why I booked the room in the first place was because it was very close to the meeting place of IIT Madras.
Don't stay here unless you are looking for a cheap hotel. The soundproofing is poor, the room is damp, the air conditioning is old and noisy. At 1 o'clock in the morning, there were still staff talking in the corridor, making it impossible to sleep. I promise I won't stay here again in the future.

Not worth the price. The location is in an offbeat road, and the hotel is actually a part of a common building.
The room is extremely small and clustered and looked very dated. There was hardly any space to walk in the room. The floor tile of the room was broken and was a hazard whenever we stepped on it. Food options are limited.

AC not functioning properly. rooms are old,not well maintained and too cramped. Food options are limited. complaint raised not attended. Top floor is a natural disadvantage since it takes more than 4 hours for air conditioner to effectively cool the room.

The location is very good and close to mist of the corporates and you can avoid busy and chaotictradfuc in Chennai due to metro work. The view from restaurant is superb and food is delicious. The staff are very cooperative and very helpful to the request.
