The stay at this property is always heartening. With all amenities including gym, pool & complementary steam is really welcoming. Food without any doubt is awesome & Resturant staff is always forthcoming to offer you the best. As always, special mention for the Reservation head, Ms Praveena who always try to offer you the best services to make your stay comfortable. Overall 10 on 10 😊

Stayed for 1 night. The location is at heart of the city. Very helpful service with helping with our luggages and assisting to check-in. The check-in was quick. The room was big and neat. The bed was soft and comfortable. In-room amenities were okay. Mini bar had red bulls, water bottles, Pringles and few chocolates on a chargeable basis. Room also had a small work station and a couch. The air-condition was old schooled type operator but did its work. The restroom looked very old. The washbasin cracked and leaked. The floor was stained and the commode was dirty. The shower area was neat but the faucet was old and dirty. The breakfast had a good spread. But we did not like the taste of the food. They were too bland for our liking, but it's to our taste. However, service was excellent through out the stay.

It's a wonderful roof top experience&awesome ambience.Timely service by all staff with the supervision of Mr.Ataur.Lavish dinner sread with live kabab counter.Till end all served without any exhaustion.Thank you Ramada.The team Ritam,Arun,krish,jubin,tarini,martha,sujata,vishnu,mani, Bhaskar and chef Rafiq & the entire team.All the best....

Hotel is located at the right place where in every individuals are ready to be a part of guest assistance! Experience had been great so far in terms of staff engagement, service ethnic, room and of course the breakfast. Out of this course met Mr Ritam (manager) who was the key of our remarkable experience. Keep doing well and good luck.
