Room is like 3rd grade hotel. Smelly room, light not working, room service is also very poor. Never take breakfast here.

the hotel is in a dilapidated conditions. no towel, soap,water will b given without calling them. the towels are dirty, the linin is horrible. there is no display of h.hotel any were. itvis irish hotel as appears on the front .lift is not working. you have walk with your luggage 🧳 2floors. very sad situation.. though the location is very good, opposite to. grt grand, the hotel is ill maintained, stinking, and the skeleton staff are unruly. break fast supplied in packs from outside with out coffee or tea.

The stay was very average. They do not have a functional resturant. They would give packed breakfast and order only veg food if you have taken their lunch/dinner plan ***** with rooms. The lift is also not working. So i had a room in 2nd floor and the worst part the room key didn't worked a single time. Every time they came up with a machine to opm the room. The room was ok but there were lot of cockroaches. So what i understand seeing the hotel branding and all that is it was irish hotel and its recently taken up by some other to run and they have named it as h hotel. Thank you

Lift was in operation during the stay, i have pain in my knees and very difficult to go on second floor. And door locking sensors were also not working, every time in coming from outside, door could not open by sensor card.

Hand faucet holder is not there. Walls in the toilet are stained. No soap holder, no bucket/mug in case of emergency

the original name of the property is ' iris hotel. they changed the name for ' h hotel ' there is no basic amenities except the building. no adequate staff to look after. in my case i called them an and told them i will reach by night 11 clock. when i reached they said there is no room available. the rooms are not occupied. they are unable because the rooms are lack of basic amenities. at mid nit around 12 15 they alloted room no 306 with old bed sheet.no blanket etc etc.room and bathroom even not cleaned. In wash room nothing is working.no flush etc . tv was there .but no connection ( not a wire connection .staff including receptionist saying they are nothing to do as the management likely to sell the property in near future. very horrible experience.i was still in a shock. horrible experience.

The hotel is complete run down, dirty bed spreads, dirty towels, rooms had a foul smell. Buckets & mugs in the toilets were dirty and unkept. Overall not at all maintained, cockroaches running all over the place in the room.
