The rooms are not very good rest rooms are not cleaned regularly besides asking for cleaning after leaving the room for work. No room service available
no intercom facility is available. Beds are small in size. Blankets and bed sheets are old.

Good staff, ac room, tv, water heater are available. They will provide morning tea. Few things for hotel to improve their standards. Quality of linen, stain in bathroom to be improved

We have selected this hotel as we wanted to stay near kottivakkam. It's easy to locate. Near to main road. This hotel is providing all basic facilities like ac, water heater, tv, intercom etc. Staffs are good and cooperative. Swiggy zomato delivery is available up to room. Rate also economical. Actually management can enhance its quality by doing simple steps. 1)provide good quality linen, bed sheet. Everyday we request housekeeping staff to change stain, torn bed sheets. stain colour is visible in mattress also. 2)we can understand chennai water causes rust to pipe fittings. But periodic cleaning with acid will reduce rusting and in fittings. A make over is needed in bathroom also. Due to usage, it's tiles are faded. Tiles stains are permanent now. No doubt they clean it everyday but now a makeover is needed. Apart from bathroom and bedsheet issue the hotel was good. You will get morning tea- mineral water as per demand. Hope management will look in this and enhance hotel standard
