This time it was a good experience staying in v7 chennai. They have improved a lot and this time room service and other facilities were good as compared to my last two visits
they are in the process of improving.

Room not clean. Bed linens were smelly. Found a small cockroach on the watermelon dispenser. However on pointing out the waiter changed the dispenser and the juice. My suggestion for improvement to the hotel management. Please focus on cleanliness. Increase lights in the bathroom. If all that means increasing charges a bit, please do that. Thanks
