The room and the bathroom was not clean ,,,the hotel location is good,,,but they have to clean the rooms properly or else they may lose the regular guests

It was a nice budget hotel situated near the metro station ,,,it's easy access to restaurants and transportation and the room are comfortable with new AC installed.

My stay at the hotel was quite normal. Also there was no food available within the premises, it's one of the drawbacks. However the rest of the experience was okay.

I am travelling around India but this is the first time facing very very worst behaviour of receptionist no proper response words are very worst not understand the issue . Room ventilation is very worst , no proper reply from receptionist behaviour like rude

first of all the location mentioned in the WhatsApp text was totally wrong and somehow I did figure out the actual location. after reaching the stay, the incharge's behaviour was rude and didn't accept to upgrade the room for AC even after talking to MMT staff. I condemn this. I didn't stay at the property at all after that happened
