Located in a corner of a luxury residential area, it is a very quiet place to relax. There is no front desk, and the image is that you came to a villa rather than a hotel. There is a courtyard, and if there are enough people, parties can be held.
The rooms are clean, and even from a Japanese perspective, they are very well-maintained. Above all, the staff was wonderful, and they were very helpful in arranging bus tickets and train tickets. Most friendly and kind!
You can also have breakfast and dinner.
The chicken masala and cheese butter rice were very good.
If I come to Chennai again, I will stay there again.

Beautiful location. Staying next to Celebrities was a Very memorable experience. Took a walk in the evening to Rajini sir house , Jayalalitha Mam house and Dhanush house. Very Clean and Neat rooms. Best to book a new room called the Garden Suite which accommodated 4 of us. Very difficult to get this room but it is very much worth it. Loved every minute of it.

It was a nice quiet environment. We wanted a quiet place for the weekend but still be in the city. Lovely location among Trees and Beautiful big Bungalows. Very nice and fresh breakfast. The Water pressure was excellent and The Hot Water was also very good

Stayed in Avenue 11 Chennai in March. Stayed in their Madurai property last month so while visiting Chennai wanted to come here too. I was surprised to see that I was living among celebrities. It was a very different experience. Rajinikanth house was a stone throw away. That made my day

Very good Location covered with trees. Quietly tucked away from the Hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes away from the Main road. Manjal restaurant was the best Non veg restaurant around. Thanks for the recommendation from the staff at reception. Superb Hot shower with super pressure

Terrible stay at Aveneue 11, Chennaj
I’m mislead with reviews (8.6!!) to choose this utterly poor property for our family stay. The room was stinking, pathetic wash room supplies, inadequate breakfast menu etc., etc. On top of it, there’s no place for your parking your car. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
