it saddens me to say this .. but this place is not business class as it tells ... firstly, cleanliness was bad and even the reception staff was not welcoming and not well dressed. its not my type.

The app says that I can check in after noon, but when I arrived at around 2pm, the staff made me wait for an hour before I could check in. The room was not as advertised and was dirty.

I m booked deluxe room and standard room, but hotel manager gave me another rooms, on discussion he ready cancel-led my booking but in night i havnt option, nut he helped only me for kept my bags after check out

Worst experience, counter staff is negligent of complains, unhygienic, geyser doesn’t work as they say solar works only for morning hours and in morning my mother had to take cold bath, in-spite she had operation. I won’t recommend this property for the penny you pay. Only ac and fan work properly. Coffee and tea served is all spilled in tray. All corners are dirty including window grills. And they mentioned business hotel. On what grounds i don’t know. The staff while check out was rude because i complained and reminded him of his responsibility. Although the property can look good but is maintained very poorly.
