Room cleanliness is bad , most plug points were spoilt and there some lights not working too , we came in late and had no choice to make do as we were so tired to change room , I will never stay here again

Very poor maintenance. Rooms are tidy. Very old. Improperly maintained. Stingent smell. Food very average. Not upto the star hotel level. Worst experience.

My room was really dirty there were cockroaches. I asked the hotel staff to change my room 4 times they never cleaned the room nor did they change my room they did not have spare key for the room and broke the lock ik order to open my room. This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. Worst experience of my life.

Found insects and cockroaches everywhere in room. Even during breakfast found on table and near by food area.
