It’s clean and neat, good food. The location very good. They can give little more check out time margin and charge minimum percentage

Room sevice and housekeeping was worst, ppl were lethargic. This is my fifth stay in the hotel with my family in 2 rooms. This is the first worst experience. The main worst part is they had the original id’s including two passports for taking xerox while checking in and didn’t give back immediately. Next day morning when we were searching, that same manager gave it after i asked there.

Lotus apartment at 15, burkitt road, chennai is in a peaceful and clean location, connected easily by auto or cabs. It offers a decent breakfast spread and offers clean, well-appointed rooms and suites. There is no in-house restaurant for lunch, snacks or dinner ; but swiggy and zomato well and truly makes up for it. A decent and very recommendable stay - specially for a short trip.

A/c is not working properly and fan is also not there in room, there is no restaurant attached to it bathrooms also not that decent and one elder receptionist is there, his behavior is not good.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s in the heart of the city. They have nice breakfast and the rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful.
