Well we had a very unpleasant experience when we went to the hotel.Initially we had booked for 3 person and the room number was given.But we werent given the room that we booked and giving us a stroller to subtitute the bed as we had booked for 3 and not indicated in the booking about the stroller which was very heartbreaking for us. Then the manager...Archana so called manager said the room that we booked was not available as the guest has not checked out even though it is our check in time. She insisted us tò cancel our booking just like that at that moment.It was so unprofessional of her to show us someone else room where the guest were not in to show us how a stroller looks like.
We have to incur additional costs and inconvenience by booking another hotel at that moment. Never never book this hotel in future.

who really came to shopping near t-nagar .. best place to stay .. all shops for shopping are walkable distance.. breakfast was delicious and served by person with smiles..
receptionist was given best service..
well trained staff are there ..

The place is a total nightmare. Starting at 5AM the staff make so much noise in the kitchen it’s impossible to sleep. (I’m in the room 503). Dropping pots, pans, plates, water like from the shower, blender, dropping plastic buckets. There is no break. The pillows are huge, very uncomfortable. I asked for a smaller pillow, more flat, they say they don’t have it. Internet worked the first day. The second day no internet. But just extreme noise from the kitchen non- stop from 5AM is a deal breaker. Pretty much the loudest and the worst hotel i stayed in India in for that price.
