I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast service during my stay. The situation was quite distressing—despite having a live kitchen breakfast plan, the hotel did not prepare breakfast in their kitchen on that day. All the guests, including myself, were left in a frustrating situation, essentially begging for breakfast. The management is irritating us that we needed to be in our rooms by 8 AM exactly, or we would not receive breakfast. As per the they will decide your exact breakfast time. Unfortunately, we were available at 9 AM and were then told that no breakfast would be provided. After we requested assistance, the manager arranged for street food, which was spoiled and unacceptable. This experience was far below the standards I expected and left a negative impression of your hotel’s service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made for the benefit of future guests.
