Location was k, but other facilities like wifi were not all working and hotel guy knew this, still he gave that room only where wifi was not working. Water was dirty

this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor.
No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe

Not clean and the bed is with spring mattress. Charging extra for water. Breakfast options were too less and not of good quality

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast service during my stay. The situation was quite distressing—despite having a live kitchen breakfast plan, the hotel did not prepare breakfast in their kitchen on that day. All the guests, including myself, were left in a frustrating situation, essentially begging for breakfast. The management is irritating us that we needed to be in our rooms by 8 AM exactly, or we would not receive breakfast. As per the they will decide your exact breakfast time. Unfortunately, we were available at 9 AM and were then told that no breakfast would be provided. After we requested assistance, the manager arranged for street food, which was spoiled and unacceptable. This experience was far below the standards I expected and left a negative impression of your hotel’s service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made for the benefit of future guests.

Absolutely shocked on the quality. The rooms cleanliness was horrible. The bathrooms were outdated with cockroaches running around. I am surprised that how a hotel with 4k per night could not look into all this. The room a/c didn't work and were given another room where the tv had an issue. Requested ice box which they refused stating its chargeable to which i said its fine. This is my first life time experience to pay for ice cubes plus taxes even though it was a minimal amount. I would never return nor recommend this place to my network. The only savior was the food but was brought in cold for room service. Manager or owner if you reading this better change your approach.
