It was not clean, and bugs and cockroaches appeared. The bedding on the bed was also very dirty. The shower only had water. We stayed with two people, but there was only one bath towel, and although we asked for an extra one, it was never provided. A lunch box was provided for breakfast, but it was not offered until we asked for it. I don't recommend it. The location is average, within walking distance of Chennai Central Station.

The infrastructure is lacking in some areas, but the excellent service from the staff more than made up for it.
They always greeted me when I entered or left the hotel.

The stay was only for a few hrs, but my experience was quite good. Road leading to the place was not clean or tidy. Hotel manager very polite. I seem to have forgotten my new bath towel there, no call recieved fro the hotel though about it. Its okay. Next time in chennai i will visit the same place. Thank you.

The room is relatively small, and when i opt for an extra bed, they should provide me with a bigger one. Cleaning and toilet maintenance are average. Overall, three ratings can be provided.

Nice interior, although the bedsheets and pillows were torn at isolated spots and had undesirable stains, washrooms were ok.

Hotel is good. Staff also cooperative tiffin centres also very near to hotel especially manager mr venkat ramana very copertive while my stay at hotel

The overall staying period was good. The hotel being near chennai central railway station and central metro station was convenient to travel within chennai. Many places for food were also nearby with different choices. The only problem was that room was too small and room cleaning was not done during the two days of stay.

mentioned already ..terrible and horrible stay ..ac not worked .. so many times informed to reception ..no one care about that .... rooms are very small ..... not even single person can accommodate....🤦♂️🤦♂️
