Hard pillows meant to give neck pain. Poor & cold breakfast which I had asked at 8am was left on the dining table at 7.45 . For a place that is almost as expensive as a decent hotel can you not serve hot food with some variety. No fruit ? No coffee with breakfast ? Not even banana? Whose idea of breakfast is this ? I was wondering if I am in Chennai or Orissa. If you get guys from Orissa and give them batter, all that they can make is dosai or idli. No more. Wake up people.

Nice place ,well maintained Rooms and Good staffs ,amenities are good to stay ,will definitely prefer next upcoming stays in This apartment .Price is worth to pay for such facility also this location is in residential area so peaceful to sleep

The service apartment was clean, well maintained and the staff was very supportive in every stage from reservation till checkout. The rooms were spacious and soundproof. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking essentials. Location is easily accessible through public transport.

The place is nice, but the service and the staff are amongst the worst i have ever seen. We had booked two rooms for 3 people for a 3 nights stay. We informed the caretaker and the reception on the first evening, as soon as we checked in (approximately within 90 minutes of checking in) that the AC in one of the rooms was leaking water into the room. They were unable to do anything for it over 3 days. To the extent that the entire room had roughly 1inch of water every morning, and we had to be extremely careful walking around on the wet floor.

I had a nice stay at Kolam Serviced Appartment. The staffs provided good service and were very customer oriented. The rooms were clean. We had a nice breakfast. I highly recommend this appartment as it is well located also. Bhuvana and her boss were very helpful during our stay. 🙂

I enjoyed my stay. Room was net and staff courteous. Having enough parking space is another plus. Location is very convenient with many hotels nearby. It’s near to the main road and is a safe environment. One thing I missed was a small reading desk.

Neat and clean apartment and polite staff. They need to work on providing homely food . Rates should be below 4k for the rooms. But overall a good experience and quiet and nice place to stay. Please do visit the place with your friends and family
