首先酒店環境不錯 早餐也許因為入住率不高 並不是自助餐 是點餐制的 但不夠可以加 這個可以理解 我們住了兩天 可能入住率不高 我發現枕套上有小蟲的屍體 還有紙巾盒下面都是黴點 第二天晚上要泡麪吃 因為沒有礦泉水了 讓前台送水 當時説還要加錢4瓶水12元 我也可以接受 唯一我覺得過分的是 客房服務員送水過來的時候 非要當場掃他們的私人二維碼付款 我説我當時入住刷過預授權了 有按金 到時候可以按金扣 服務員説不可以要現付 我真的很不理解 刷了預付當擺設的嗎 現在很多酒店都是閃住閃退 我來海南七天 所有酒店都是礦泉水放着五六瓶都不收費的 我們都喝不完 就衹有這家酒店不僅收費還要現付 掃的還是服務員私人二維碼 那我就覺得是不是服務員的外快了？當時因為時間挺晚了也沒有多説什麼 付了錢 希望酒店可以改善一下我所説的問題

The hotel environment is indeed first-class, as if I had walked into a large Moroccan castle estate, which is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. However, according to our actual stay experience, this high-value hotel may have serious problems in terms of service and facilities due to too few guests or other reasons. One word to describe it is-desolate. 1. Serious lack of staff: We checked in at 7 pm, and there was no staff in the huge lobby, and the air conditioner was not turned on. Only the front desk contact information was left. After calling, the front desk said that they had just sent the guests away for a while and would come back (the hotel rooms are widely distributed and picked up by shuttle buses); when we checked out, we encountered the same situation again. 2. The breakfast is too simple: There are not many people in the huge restaurant on Sunday morning, and the air conditioner is not turned on. It is very hot and stuffy, and there are many ants crawling on the table; the waiter said that the buffet breakfast was cancelled and handed us a minimalist breakfast menu to check. There are no more than 8 varieties of food and beverages, and the taste is also very average. 3. Facilities are no longer what they used to be: There is a zoo on the hotel map with small animals kept in captivity; when we actually went to see it, there were only three empty fences left with no animals.

Stayed for one night temporarily. The room was a little small and old, but the service staff was pretty good, very enthusiastic and serious. The place was big and I didn't go around. I just slept there for one night and left. It's not far from the duty-free city.

The environment is great, there is a big lake for walking, the villa is spacious, and it is very convenient to have a hot spring bath. However, the courtyard wall is a bit low, and the privacy is poor. It is recommended to make the courtyard wall a little higher, or plant a row of green plants along the wall to block the view.

The environment is really good, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, but the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene is average. We booked an independent courtyard, three rooms, with private baths, and the sofa in the living room was visibly dirty. There was no garbage, but the stains must have not been cleaned... Another important point is that there are many mosquitoes...
