估計是舊的招待所改建。
裝修方面感覺老闆很用力，但是因為改造裝修，很糾結。
因為是改造，廁所濕區淋浴區的門不能安裝（應該是改造），導致乾濕不能分離，有危險，而且沖涼很冷。
沒有電梯是硬傷，雖然工作人員會幫忙，始終不方便。衞生情況一般般。

國慶沒有跑太遠，從昆明開車開到撫仙湖，住在了祿充這裏，新裝修的酒店，衞生服務設施很好，風格很獨特，打卡點真的驚艷，湖邊散步，愜意。

和老公自駕撫仙湖，路過祿充進去，湖景真的美，邊走邊逛看到這家民宿，臨時決定停留一晚，客房設計很有特色，早餐好吃，服務態度相當好，推薦
