Chengdu Qingyang District 4-star Hotels

Reminds me of the historical past when I entered the hotel. The place is really convenient as it is within Wenshu Yuan, one of the places of interest. The place itself showcases the essence of Sichuan culture. The only setback is that it has no lift. But the staff was helpful to carry the luggage to our room for us. Especially thankful for paying attention to our check out time which is 6am early in the morning to help us carry our luggage down. It is a place worth staying if you want to experience the life in an ancient city.

Friendly staffs and request to add WeChat for any questions we want to ask them. Old hotel but maintain well. Beside MRT Wenshu monastery exit E but long flights of stairs. Recommend to use Exit C with escalator and u-turn walk few mins to hotel. Hotel room is decent and I have a bath tub in toilet. Comfortable beds and basic amenities provided. Free 2 bottles water daily. Aircon works well and water pressure is good. The toilet glass is slightly see thru from the room. Breakfast has good varieties however the food is more towards local taste - oily and spicy for a breakfast. Though there are breads and fruits , the menu only changes for hot dishes. Good to have if you need to eat smth very early before start of day (open 6:30AM). Always use didi to go around and not far from ChunXi road & kuanzai valley. Check in and check out is considerable fast. There is a fruit and convenient store across the road

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hidden House. It is a charming hotel. The front desk assistant Xiao Long was very attentive and answered all questions on WeChat even in the middle of the night. For some reason, we accidentally changed the thermostat settings and the room became really hot around 4 am. We texted front desk about the problem and Xiao Ling came to our room with her colleague to adjust our thermostat. There is a nice convenience store about 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy any necessities. They even serve hot snacks and desserts. We had sausages, fresh baked pastries and Oden one time after a long day of walking because the restaurants were closing for the night but we forgot to buy soda and Xiao Ling brought drinks to our room. The hotel also has a service robot when housekeeping is busy helping other guests. The beautiful room we stayed in had a balcony and the hospitality was top notch. We would definitely stay here again

Great hotel in good location, 5 minutes walk to main shopping street, spas, restaurants. It has its own building. Great breakfast buffet, very clean and has smart toilet. Most important, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. When extra amenities and pillows are needed on various occasions, they were all brought to the room within 5 mins. That’s amazing. Manager HeLiang and team went the extra mile to assist us with sightseeing and spa bookings. Genuinely caring and polite staff. Will definitely be recommending this hotel and coming back again.

I actually stayed for one night here and extended another night because I wanted to experience more areas in Chengdu. The front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. The lady even upgraded my room to better one, very kind of them. Our stay was really nice and pleasing, we got enough space for two person and the room have smart function while toilet also comes with bidet. Hot water temperature also stable and can stay quite a while to soothe our tiredness from long day. The bed also comfortable to slept in, not forget to mention the cute tea table on our room which is nice to use. The area also close and walking distance to shopping or food area, definitely good one!

This hotel is located near Tonghuimen MRT, just 3 minutes walk from the station. 10mins walk to Kuanzhai Alley. Room is clean with all the amenities needed. 1 important thing they provide is their powerful ”Dyson” like hairdryer! Most of the hotel hairdryers are either low in power or those fixed on the toilet wall and needed to press on it in order to operate kind. Another fantastic service they provide is their FREE laundry service! I had all my clothes washed before I fly back! Highly recommend this hotel!

Warm, peaceful, and full of love — thank you! 🌸 We truly loved our stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed linen was so soft and gentle. The mattress and pillows were the best we’ve ever had — it felt like home. Even though I usually don’t sleep well in this time zone, I finally got real rest here. The private in-room pool was a big surprise for our children — they were so happy and excited! It made our stay very special. Everything in the hotel is made with care and love, from the room design to the smallest details. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful — thank you so much for your warm welcome and support! The hotel service is very good! There are gifts when you check in and it's very warm when you leave! There is free coffee at the front desk! The breakfast is great! There are both Chinese and Western food! You can cook Dandan noodles, wontons and dumplings, which are very delicious. The hotel is very close to the Sichuan Museum and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. There is also a very bookish Huanhuaxi Park! It's a pity that the subway is being built in front of the door, which is a bit inconvenient! The room is reasonably furnished! The bedding is good and the mattress is comfortable. It is worth recommending

The hotel is in a great location, with great hygiene and new decoration. There are a lot of places to eat, drink and shop downstairs. Before check-in, we will call to ask if there are any special needs. We booked a room with a sofa bed. Since we checked in late, the sofa bed was already made. We also prepared fruits thoughtfully, which was very heartwarming. There was a small problem during the stay, and the brother and sister at the front desk followed up and handled it in time. They were very responsible and touched. I stayed for another night immediately. I will continue to choose this hotel when I come to Chengdu next time. 👍👍👍

Our stay at Urcove was wonderful, when we arrived we were surprised at how friendly the staff was, she clearly and patiently explained the amenities for the hotel and room and answered all our questions. The check in process was smooth and we felt very welcomed. We even got a free welcome panda gift and drinks. On our second night, we wanted to order food delivery but had some issues with our phone. The hotel staff, Steven, kindly assisted us and helped us order all the food we wanted and even sent it up to our room when it arrived! The process was so easy and smooth. The staff at UrCove were extremely polite and professional. We would definitely be staying here again if we come back to ChengDu!
