This hotel is incredibly spacious and reasonably priced, with exceptionally polite and courteous staff. I remember arriving after 1 a.m., and when I mentioned this to the front desk, they handled the check-in smoothly without any issues. Daily housekeeping was prompt, and the cleaning staff were very friendly—they changed the bedsheets and linens willingly and without complaints. The service here truly deserves full marks. At checkout, I was exhausted and hadn’t slept well, so I requested a late departure. The front desk agreed immediately without hesitation, which was so thoughtful. The location is also great: a taxi ride to Chunxi Road costs just around 10 yuan, and there are plenty of dining options and lively food stalls nearby, making the area vibrant. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a large gym and laundry room—absolute essentials for guests staying multiple days. Additionally, there are four private elevators requiring key card access, ensuring excellent privacy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, with some items rotated daily. The Mianyang rice noodles (a local Sichuan specialty) were particularly delicious! Overall, this stay was a perfect experience—full marks in every aspect!

This price is worth it! The hotel has afternoon tea, midnight snacks, etc. The breakfast time is very long. There are souvenirs before leaving. The room is new and the breakfast is good! The underground third floor is the hotel parking lot. The hotel is concentrated on the 30th to 34th floors.

During the trip to Chengdu, I met with three old classmates at the Tibet Hotel. This ******* cultural theme hotel, which perfectly combines the snowy style with modern comfort, left us with an unforgettable travel experience. When we stepped into the lobby, the warm smiles of Manager Gao Xue and the staff instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey, and the butler-style reception service was meticulous. The design of the guest rooms cleverly combines modern aesthetics with ******* elements, and the pillow cores of several different materials show the hospitality. There are dozens of Chinese and Western breakfast varieties. ******* flavors such as barley yogurt and Sichuan noodles complement each other, allowing us to start a ******* food exploration during breakfast. The most unforgettable part is the ******* costume experience. Under the skillful hands of Li Yanli, we wore exquisite ******* robes and shuttled through the special space surrounded by prayer flags. Cao Lu, Zhou Yuwei and the unknown male employee of Jiala Academy helped us freeze the happy moments. These ritualistic experiences not only gave us a deeper understanding of the snowy culture, but also planted the seeds of expectation for going to Tibet in our hearts. From cultural immersion to service details, Tibet Hotel perfectly interprets the true meaning of ”home away from home”. This special stay experience has become the most brilliant memory chapter of our trip to Chengdu. I look forward to returning to this warm ”plateau home” again on my next trip to Chengdu.

It was a good choice to stay at Ramada Jinfu during the Chinese New Year. Although it is not far from popular attractions, it is very close to the Panda Base, convenient for taxis and subways, and close to Xipu Station to Dujiangyan. The front desk manager Xiao Yang was very nice. He helped me upgrade the room type and gave me a free breakfast for a child. Although the room was a bit old, the enthusiastic service of the staff was still heartwarming. I had the New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel, which was well cooked. The breakfast was also OK. The spicy noodles were delicious.

I must say I am very satisfied. I booked a room on short notice during the peak tourist season of National Day. I didn't have high expectations. I thought I would book a room of similar price and cleanliness. However, it was better than I expected after I checked in. The ******* style decoration is very unique, and the service of the ladies at the front desk is also great. The room has two 1.4-meter beds, which is completely sufficient for family travel. There is no crazy price increase during the peak tourist season, which is really conscientious. There are many types of breakfast, and the breakfast room is large enough, so it is not crowded. It is more than ten yuan to take a taxi to popular places such as Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and Jianshe Road. It is very convenient. I have recommended this hotel to my friends.

Environment: Tianfu Art Park has a good environment. The hotel is newly renovated and the environment is also good. There are food stalls and small vendors in front of the hotel at night. Hygiene: The new hotel is good in all aspects of hygiene, and the aunt cleans very carefully. Facilities: It is very small, and there is basically nothing in the public area. It is completely incomparable with other five-star non-diamond hotels. The room facilities are better and newer. The shower water on the second floor leaks easily. There is no exhaust fan, and it is easy to slip when going to the toilet. Travel: It is very inconvenient. The subway is far away and it is difficult to park by car. It is 4.4 kilometers from the hotel entrance to the parking lot entrance. There is no hotel sign in the parking lot, which is very difficult to find. The elevator cannot go directly to the hotel lobby. The nearest elevator can only be taken out from the restaurant next to the hotel in Building 21 and detoured to the hotel in Building 22. There are steps, which is very laborious. If there is a lot of luggage, you can only carry the luggage back and forth many times. Service: Very poor. Apart from greeting guests politely, there is basically no service. Even when we took the initiative to mention the difficulty of parking and carrying luggage (reported to the front desk when checking in, and reported to Ctrip after checking in), there was still indifference. No one took the initiative to ask or offer help. On the contrary, the housekeeper asked every time she saw me moving luggage. The housekeeper was the most service-minded employee in this hotel. I must give her a thumbs up👍🏻 In addition, the hotel also treated differently. In the comment area, I saw many comments mentioning: good service, proactive help, room upgrades, small gifts when checking out, or door-to-door apologies after receiving bad reviews, etc. And when carrying luggage out of the elevator, I saw hotel staff send other guests without large luggage to the elevator entrance. We did not receive any help, even though we have already reported through various channels. On the second day of our stay, since we told Ctrip that the internet was unavailable and parking was difficult, Ctrip told us that the hotel offered to give us a discount on the room rate and a free meal for four or two meals for four. However, what we wanted was just better service and the same treatment as other guests, not different treatment and services that were not in line with the five-star hotel. However, Ctrip said that the hotel could only do this. I felt that things had come to this point and the hotel's attitude was pretty good, so I accepted it. Since I can't eat spicy food, I asked if the meal for four could be changed to other value-added services or small gifts of equal value. I was told that there were no value-added services or small gifts (actually, I saw a bunch of gifts for sale in the lobby later). I could only get a wooden refrigerator magnet. I thought it was a bit too much to exchange a meal for four worth 268 for only one refrigerator magnet. Then I suddenly thought that the toiletries were very useful, so I asked if I could give them a set of toiletries? The hotel told us that our toiletries were very expensive and were purchased from the flagship store. One set meal could only be exchanged for one bottle of shampoo or shower gel? He used the ** model of Cha Ling Hotel. The price of Cha Ling counter is quite expensive, but I have never seen any hotel's detergents and skin care products calculated according to the counter price. Do they think everyone else is **? You can check the prices online. Sephora counters and flagship stores often have 40% to 50% discounts, with a lot of gifts. He told Ctrip that he bought it from the flagship store. What should I say? This hotel is really generous, but it is a bit stingy with us (Ctrip has all these communication records. I don’t know if there is any problem in the middle of the communication. I didn’t ask for any compensation throughout the whole process. It was always Ctrip who took the initiative to ask. I don’t know why they bargained in the end, as if I had to ask them for something. What made me even more upset was that because of the sound insulation problem, I was always scared by the sudden door slamming and couldn’t rest well. It was difficult to park and move luggage. I didn’t get any substantial help and there was still no improvement in the service afterwards.)

I stayed at Howard Johnson Hotel twice and the overall experience was good. First of all, as a brand hotel, the hotel's facilities and services are guaranteed to a certain extent. When I checked in, Xiao Zeng at the front desk handled the procedures quickly, had a good service attitude, and the room was upgraded for free.

The check-in experience was not very good. First of all, takeaways could not be delivered to the room, which is understandable. So we went downstairs to get it ourselves. It was supposed to help swipe the elevator card, what's wrong? No one swipes it. Then the hot water is really unstable, cold and hot. The body lotion on the washstand was obviously used by the previous resident and not changed. I took it and saw that the lid was all smeared. The worst thing was that at 11 o'clock, a guest on the same floor checked in and shouted in the corridor. Didn't the front desk remind us to keep our voices down when checking in so late? I wanted to extend my stay today, but forget it. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out, and the front desk just said, ”You say yours, and if I don't respond, just pretend you didn't hear it.”

MMipuQuiet: It can satisfy your rest. It is equipped with tea and sandalwood. I like it. Quiet: There is a pond with goldfish and lawn in the yard, which is very comfortable. Convenient: It is in the park, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. Chanting: There is a Heart Sutra in the house, which can be copied to the meditation room. The room is very clean and the service attitude is also very good. It is very quiet to sleep, which makes the body and mind relaxed. It is suitable for traveling with the elderly and children. I like it very much and will come again next time. A great hotel. The kind heart is very good. The service is also very good. They also upgraded a room type for our elderly for free. The room card is a Buddhist bead. Don't miss the beautiful scenery of the hotel garden. I have lived in Jincheng Courtyard for at least a dozen times in the past few years, and I have never been disappointed every time. I was lazy before and didn't write a good review for it, but I am sure of it in my heart. I remember last year, I was injured in my foot and checked in with a cane. The staff immediately moved me from the second floor to the first floor room and upgraded my room. There are many more, extremely caring experiences. I am very picky about service work, but the service of Zenyi Jincheng Courtyard is impeccable. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are very charming, the breakfast is rich, and there are many famous snacks in Chengdu. Dandan noodles, rice noodles, beef noodles, Bobo chicken, etc. No need to check in everywhere. The siu mai is especially delicious, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The treasure box in the hotel lobby has many small items, including hair bands for children. Tea, mineral water, and fruit in the lobby are all free to take. There are also hand sanitizers and umbrellas in the building, which is very convenient and considerate!
