Daily housekeeping was prompt, and the cleaning staff were very friendly—they changed the bedsheets and linens willingly and without complaints. The service here truly deserves full marks. At checkout, I was exhausted and hadn’t slept well, so I requested a late departure. The front desk agreed immediately without hesitation, which was so thoughtful. The location is also great: a taxi ride to Chunxi Road costs just around 10 yuan, and there are plenty of dining options and lively food stalls nearby, making the area vibrant. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a large gym and laundry room—absolute essentials for guests staying multiple days. Additionally, there are four private elevators requiring key card access, ensuring excellent privacy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, with some items rotated daily. The Mianyang rice noodles (a local Sichuan specialty) were particularly delicious! Overall, this stay was a perfect experience—full marks in every aspect!

A very cost-effective hotel, located in the center of Chengdu, about ten minutes away from Chunxi Road. Xiao Wang and Xiao Xie are very welcoming.

It was a good choice to stay at Ramada Jinfu during the Chinese New Year. Although it is not far from popular attractions, it is very close to the Panda Base, convenient for taxis and subways, and close to Xipu Station to Dujiangyan. The front desk manager Xiao Yang was very nice. He helped me upgrade the room type and gave me a free breakfast for a child. Although the room was a bit old, the enthusiastic service of the staff was still heartwarming. I had the New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel, which was well cooked. The breakfast was also OK. The spicy noodles were delicious.

It is 4.4 kilometers from the hotel entrance to the parking lot entrance. There is no hotel sign in the parking lot, which is very difficult to find. The elevator cannot go directly to the hotel lobby. The nearest elevator can only be taken out from the restaurant next to the hotel in Building 21 and detoured to the hotel in Building 22. There are steps, which is very laborious. If there is a lot of luggage, you can only carry the luggage back and forth many times. Service: Very poor. Apart from greeting guests politely, there is basically no service. Even when we took the initiative to mention the difficulty of parking and carrying luggage (reported to the front desk when checking in, and reported to Ctrip after checking in), there was still indifference. No one took the initiative to ask or offer help. On the contrary, the housekeeper asked every time she saw me moving luggage. The housekeeper was the most service-minded employee in this hotel. On the second day of our stay, since we told Ctrip that the internet was unavailable and parking was difficult, Ctrip told us that the hotel offered to give us a discount on the room rate and a free meal for four or two meals for four. However, what we wanted was just better service and the same treatment as other guests, not different treatment and services that were not in line with the five-star hotel. However, Ctrip said that the hotel could only do this. I felt that things had come to this point and the hotel's attitude was pretty good, so I accepted it. Since I can't eat spicy food, I asked if the meal for four could be changed to other value-added services or small gifts of equal value. I was told that there were no value-added services or small gifts (actually, I saw a bunch of gifts for sale in the lobby later). I could only get a wooden refrigerator magnet. I thought it was a bit too much to exchange a meal for four worth 268 for only one refrigerator magnet. Then I suddenly thought that the toiletries were very useful, so I asked if I could give them a set of toiletries? The hotel told us that our toiletries were very expensive and were purchased from the flagship store. One set meal could only be exchanged for one bottle of shampoo or shower gel? He used the ** model of Cha Ling Hotel. The price of Cha Ling counter is quite expensive, but I have never seen any hotel's detergents and skin care products calculated according to the counter price. Do they think everyone else is **? What made me even more upset was that because of the sound insulation problem, I was always scared by the sudden door slamming and couldn’t rest well. It was difficult to park and move luggage. I didn’t get any substantial help and there was still no improvement in the service afterwards.)

I stayed at Howard Johnson Hotel twice and the overall experience was good. First of all, as a brand hotel, the hotel's facilities and services are guaranteed to a certain extent. When I checked in, Xiao Zeng at the front desk handled the procedures quickly, had a good service attitude, and the room was upgraded for free.
