Toilet shower better have door so when showering water won't wet the floor and washing basing can be bigger more better. Laundry no Aircon Abit hot .carpet for my room see a bit dirty. Besides that all is very perfect.

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

I last min booked this hotel as I wasn’t happy with my previous hotel. So I booked this hotel at Chunxi Road (near Tai Koo Li) Hotel was so much better than previous one for sure. Paid for breakfast hotel (food literally the same thing everyday) Like: • Location really good and walkable distance to man malls and all but the pick up point for car is always jammed (after 420pm start to Jam) • a lot of food and stores nearby and even IFS shopping Center. • Service was good despite that lady before checking in. • Opposite hotel is train station Dislike: • Carpet Floor • No Fridge • very basic tv / cannot connect phone and all • Pool Closed • Too many people snatching to use the washing machine/dryer. • Came down physically to ask the receptionist if I can straight book a hotel on the spot and how much was it. She told me to check online so I asked her isit she can’t checked on her end now she said no she can check but idk why she dw help me check. (Before stay)

The room was pretty nice, having kitchen zone and big wardrobe. The security seems great (checked my passport longer than any other hotels I've been to in china). Bedding was super nice too. But I hate the bathroom design... no doors between bedroom and bathroom section. Shower room inside also has nowhere to hang towels. The toilet door has a channel above, so other people would hear everything you did in the toilet 😂 Was travelling with not-a-close friend, so it's a bit uncomfortable with that kind of bathroom. The staff were super nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at Somerset Riverview and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay with a stunning city view. The night view was especially spectacular. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Although the hotel is a bit far from major attractions, the local cab service, Didi, made commuting convenient. The hotel also offers a wide range of facilities to keep you entertained, including a huge gym. Overall, I highly recommend Somerset Riverview for a pleasant stay.

The room temperature was a bit too hot for us due to the centralized air conditioner control, so we could not adjust the room temperature. The room has also no windows. The staff named NP tried to help but was still too hot for us. Finally he managed to change the room with a window and it worked for us. Specially thanks to NP.

Excellent service from the reception counter. Because we don't really know how to operate the local app then have to keep bathing the staffs but they are very patience. Like the room setting. It's super clean. And I like the concept of robots going around to deliver things. It made food ordering very easy too. Will come again

It is very close to the subway station and the transportation is convenient. The intersection is also very quiet, clean and tidy. The front desk service is very considerate. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and hot water is very convenient. The room is small but there is a small refrigerator, and central air conditioning, which is very convenient to use. Cons: TV is not HD
