We stayed 4 nights here and mostly enjoyed the experience. The location was good and easy to get to most attractions. The beds were comfortable – not too hard and not too soft. The pillows were also a good firmness and not too thin as many Chinese pillows are. Trip.com’s diamond system is a bit misleading. Trip.com rates this as a 4 diamond hotel but it’s more like a 3 star hotel. The positives: free washing machine use. Delicious buffet breakfast. No noise coming from adjacent neighbours. Good service. The negatives: the carpet was dirty. One of our rooms smelt of mildew so we requested a new room which did not smell. There was a fair bit of noise from the street outside coming in from the windows in our room - such as cars honking, loud jingles playing from shops, people shouting etc, but it pretty much stopped by midnight. One of our rooms also was next to the elevator which was noisy and we asked to be moved which they accomodate.

I last min booked this hotel as I wasn’t happy with my previous hotel. So I booked this hotel at Chunxi Road (near Tai Koo Li) Hotel was so much better than previous one for sure. Paid for breakfast hotel (food literally the same thing everyday) Like: • Location really good and walkable distance to man malls and all but the pick up point for car is always jammed (after 420pm start to Jam) • a lot of food and stores nearby and even IFS shopping Center. • Service was good despite that lady before checking in. • Opposite hotel is train station Dislike: • Carpet Floor • No Fridge • very basic tv / cannot connect phone and all • Pool Closed • Too many people snatching to use the washing machine/dryer. • Came down physically to ask the receptionist if I can straight book a hotel on the spot and how much was it. She told me to check online so I asked her isit she can’t checked on her end now she said no she can check but idk why she dw help me check. (Before stay)

It was my first time in Chengdu and I booked this hotel because I was attending a concert at the 大魔方，and I wanted somewhere that is convenient to get to the location but with food nearby. The train station is relatively near within a 10 mins walk, and has some pretty nice restaurants nearby too! I have tried the steamboat with skewers (玉林串串香) that is nearby and it is really not bad with each skewer cost at about 1RMB? The hotel room itself is quite clean, but the bathroom and toilet doors do not reach the celling and floor, so that might be a concern for some (which is not an issue for me since I was staying alone). The room was quite spacious! The free washing machine and dryer (on floor 21) were an added bonus too! The front desk staff (especially the staff called Ivy) were really helpful especially when I ordered deliveries and had some issues. They made my stay even more special and great!

Excellent service from the reception counter. Because we don't really know how to operate the local app then have to keep bathing the staffs but they are very patience. Like the room setting. Not too bad location. About 15 mins walk to kuan zai street. Quite a bit of walking distance to mrt. 50+ km to tianfu airport. Taking didi to airport from hotel will get u some drivers requesting more than the amount indicated, eg rmb 200 for trip to airport. However, hotel room size is good. Toilet is good. I love the hotel. Breakfast is also quite good. Never tried the free afternoon food, but I believe it is good too because the hotel experience is good.service is also on point. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I will very likely stay here again the next time I'm here in chengdu
