CHENS Hotel is a really nice place to stay! The location is excellent — just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley and People’s Park, and also quite close to Tianfu Square. The room was comfortable, with just the right amount of space, and it was a lovely touch that they provided tea in the room. The hairdryer was surprisingly good — nice and fast! The staff were kind and helpful; they don’t speak English, but we had no trouble communicating through WeChat. The only downside was the breakfast — the selection was quite limited, with just baozi, sweet potato, and corn, and the only drink available was milk. It would be great if they offered tea, coffee, water, or juice as well. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely recommend it!

Very nice and clean room. Friendly staff and a cute cafe downstairs. Unfortunately no fridge in the room and coffees weren't the best ever. But these were the only down sides. Would definitely stay again.

Chens Hotel is conveniently located not far from People’s Park Metro Station (Line 2), making it a good base for exploring the city. You’ll need to walk about 800 meters to reach Tianfu Square, but the walk is pleasant and manageable. The receptionist was very welcoming — I especially appreciated the complimentary ice-cold Americano offered upon check-in. If you have the WeChat app, it really enhances the experience, as the hotel communicates through it to inform you when your room will be cleaned or to surprise you with treats like complimentary ice cream. The room itself exceeded expectations: it was spacious, very clean, and instead of a traditional TV, they provide a projector, which added a nice modern touch. I stayed in Room 401, conveniently located near the elevator — it was not noisy at all. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, and you can enjoy a bowl of Sichuan noodles if you’d like to try a local flavor. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Chens Hotel for a short stay, especially considering the value for the price. Great service, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful little touches make it a great choice.

The idea of location is highly recommended,hotel is near by everything and only short distance walk to subways station.Staff very helpful even though they can not speak English. The room rgat i booked is not so big or too small good for single person stay bathroom is good size. The bed very comfy. They provided free laundry service for free and very fast service.

Came back to stay at this hotel again after 2 days trip out of Cheng Du. Got a room with a different layout but was just as beautiful. Was equally satisfied with our room stay and the service that the hotel staff provided. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Cheng Du again 👍

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but there were a lot of work in construction arround which was a bit unconvinient. The staff was very nice but you could feel a lack of training. They ended up solving every problem we had and we got everything we needed, but they did everything very slow. It seemed as if they were scared. The room is clean and modern, but the shower needs some upgrades.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided us with anything we asked for. The sheets and towels were very clean; the only drawback is that, as in almost all hotels we've visited in the country, the faucets and windows are always more neglected. The location is great, very close to People's Park, a short walk from Tianfu, and very close to Kuan Alley. We only had one strange incident: the cleaner knocked on our door in the middle of the afternoon while we were resting, despite having a do-not-disturb sign. Since we didn't answer, she tried to open the door. It's just a nice touch, but we thought it was inappropriate. We would stay again without any problem.

Convenient transportation, very close to People's Park. The location is also very good. You can walk to Kuanzhai Alley and Tianfu Square. So the hotel is not big but the price/performance ratio is good. Although it is a bit like a homestay, the service attitude is very good. Although the breakfast is simple, it is filling. The noodles taste good. The most satisfying thing is that they can help send the luggage to the airport

It's great. It's about 200 meters away from the subway station. The hotel provides laundry service and luggage butler service. The luggage can be delivered to the high-speed rail station. Breakfast is also provided, which is beyond expectations.
